Sophie is Operations Manager at CDR, overseeing the systems, processes and logistics that keep the organisation running smoothly across programmes and events.

Joe is our CFO, leading finance, funding and business development. He works across partnerships and strategy to ensure CDR’s programmes are sustainable and built for long-term impact.

Tony is a renowned music producer, consultant and lecturer. He founded CDR in 2002 as a supportive, creative space for music producers of all skill levels, and leads our operations to this day.

Josh is an online producer-educator at CDR, delivering supportive drop-in sessions and helping young people build confidence in their creative process. He is also an artist and producer as Joshua Milú.

James organises CDR Artist Talks in Manchester. He’s Programme Manager at SOUP, a former CDR guest as Henzo, and has produced music for brands including Nike and Dr. Martens.

Eleanor looks after label management at CDR, overseeing releases, supporting artists and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. She also runs her own label, Clasico Records.

Josephine leads communications and marketing for CDR, working on everything from social media to partnerships, and helping shape how our organisation shows up in the world. She runs her own label, Bare Selection.

Tom leads Pathways, CDR’s artist development programme which invests in, nurtures and promotes artists from within the CDR community. He runs Local Action Records and is the label manger for Gudu Records.
