Our Programs

For over 20 years, CDR has supported music producers through community programmes, education, and artist development. Our work creates pathways for producers to learn new skills, connect with peers, and build sustainable creative careers.

Pathways

Pathways is our artist development programme supporting emerging musicians to take the next step in their career. It offers tailored mentorship, funding and industry support to help artists refine their craft, release music and grow their audience.

Sessions

CDR Sessions is our flagship event series, running since 2002. Each Session brings together in-depth artist talks and OpenCDR, our community listening session where producers share their works in progress.

Music Producer Club

Music Producer Club (MPC) is our programme for young people ages 12 to 18 to explore digital music-making through composition, production and performance.

Process

Process is a dedicated development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers, structured around three strands, tailored to where artists are in their creative journey.

Out The Box

Out The Box aims to demystify the mixing process for music producers. These introductory workshops give artists exposure with mixing desks and hardware in some of London's best studios.

The CDR Pathway

CDR’s programmes form what we call the CDR Pathway: a connected framework designed to support artists at different stages of their creative journey.

Creative development doesn’t happen in a straight line. Artists move through different phases, and CDR meets them where they are.

Music Producer Club (MPC)

Bringing electronic music-making into schools and youth settings, introducing young people to production and creative possibility.

CDR Sessions

In-conversation events where producers can test new ideas in a room of supportive peers and guests.

Process & Out The Box

Focused cohorts supporting technical growth, confidence, and peer exchange.

Pathways

Artist development support for emerging producers ready to take their next step.
