For those new to CDR Sessions, each event includes an in-depth, production-focused interview with a guest artist, exploring their career and creative process. The talk is flanked by openCDR, where producers and artists of all levels and abilities have the opportunity to play their own music on some of the best club sound systems across the UK. All genres and styles welcomed!

Hailing from Manchester, Mattik has become a name firmly on the radar of garage heads worldwide. His productions span dark, vibey 2-step rollers through to stomping speed garage warpers, earning support from leading figures across the genre including Sammy Virji, Ben UFO, Interplanetary Criminal and Silva Bumpa. With recent releases on labels such as Hardline, EC2A, Instinct / Constant Sound and the legendary Locked On Records, alongside tours across Japan, Australia and Thailand, Mattik’s momentum continues to build at pace.
