Music Producer Club Returns to Contact Theatre (Manchester) This Spring

Music Producer Club is back at Contact Theatre in Manchester this spring, offering free, structured music production sessions for young people aged 12–18.

We’re pleased to share that Music Producer Club (MPC) is returning to Contact Theatre this spring.

MPC is a free, weekly music production programme for young people aged 12–18, designed to introduce the fundamentals of making music in a safe, supportive, and professionally led environment. Across a series of Saturday sessions, participants are guided through the basics of music production using Ableton Live, the industry-standard software, with support from experienced producers and educators.

The programme is suitable for complete beginners and does not require any prior music or technical experience. Sessions focus on creativity, confidence-building, and collaborative learning, helping young people develop practical skills while exploring music as a form of expression.

MPC will run from on Saturdays from late February through early May at Contact Theatre in Manchester. Music Producer Club is delivered by CDR and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
